Had no trouble connecting to my work intranet for the last 8 weeks until now. Keep getting subject error message. My intranet address is info.psomas.com

hello, please check in firefox > options > advanced > network > connection - settings... if firefox is set up to directly connect to the internet ('no proxy').
Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can

Can you attach a screenshot that shows this error message?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
What you wrote in the title subject is raw data in JSON format, similar to what is send by the troubleshooting extension used on this forum.
