I can't access few sites,because everytime I try,I have : "This URL has been blocked. .".Instead of the site's name it shows http://192.168.100.1:1080/block.htm

I try to access the following websites: www.miniclip.com and facebook, and I have the same problem.The message : "This URL has been blocked. .".Also,instead of the website's name, it appears "http://192.168.100.1:1080/block.htm".Please help me with this issue.

This looks like it's probably a firewall, or some sort of parental control. You would probably be best contacting a network administrator, or whoever has control to your modem/router on the network.
