Firefox 8 doesn't work with a number of websites I need to interact with daily, how do I downgrade back to Firefox 7?

Sites such as http://angel.msu.edu do not support firefox 8. I need those features to work or my grade will suffer. Also there are copy pasting problems with expression engine's content management system which I use for work. For the time being I want to go back to Firefox 7. How can I do this?
