Intermittently opening Firefox 8.0.1, the last sites visited opens instead of home page(s)

Sometimes when I open Firefox, Instead of opening my home pages, the last pages I visited opens instead. Closing and reopening Firefox fixes the issue and my home pages open normally.

Make sure that Firefox closes properly to prevent session restore from reopening a possibly crashed session.
