I used private browsing for over a year, I used to keep a sign in seal for yahoo, now the sign in seal does not appear, how can I get the sign in seal to appear again?

I didn't change any settings nor stored it anywhere, it stopped working today, it happened in the morning, I checked at 10: 05pm, now it is working again, perhaps something happened or somehow someone corrected the issue, I appreciate your prompt response, thank you, best wishes to you all, Miguele

Is that seal stored in a cookie or otherwise like a Flash object or in the Java cache?
