I have tried the suggestions but my Firefox crashes when I try to go to a page other than my opening page...I need help. my email is jat311643@cox.net you should have been receiving all the crashes per what the screen stated. what do i do?
I cannot use firefox...when i do it crashes. you should have received an email on the crashes at least that is what the crash box states it is going to do...i want to use firefox so what can i do?

Type about:crashes in the URL bar and hit Enter.
- Middle-Click the hyperlinks to bring up each Crash Report page in a new Tab; each page may take a few minutes to load.
- Then copy'n'paste the URL of each of those reports into the message box here.
- We'll see if we can help you figure out what is causing those crashes to happen.
