Is there a keyboard command to refresh the screen rather than having to click on the curled arrow refresh icon? Thanks!

Click the Refresh button on the right hand side of the location bar container on the Navigation Toolbar or press "Cmd + R" on Mac (F5 or Ctrl+R on Windows and Linux) to reload a web page.
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache.
- Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
- Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
