firefox 6 crashes when I updated my Nvidia drivers to 275 and 280 from 191

Firefox 6 crashes (bluescreens the computer) after I updated my Nvidia drivers (280GT card) to 275 and than 280 from 191. The only resolution was to go back to 191 drivers. The crash happens whenever I view sites with video (flash video). I have the most recent flash update.
