I have the latest version and I tried updating anyways, but it still won't let me access the page to fill it out. This is what it says "An Incompatible Browser Has Been Detected Your Web browser is not supported by our Web site. You must use a Compliant Web Browser - Standard* to view our site properly. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of your browser according to your Operating System. " This is what it suggests I do, and I did update but still isn't working. It takes a long time or I would go do it on another comp at the library or something. Any help would be appreciated:) thankyou
