encryption lock no longer shows up to show it's secure

I upgraded to version 4 and now when I go to sites they stop working and the lock icon no longer shows up when I'm on a secure site.

That "lock" is gone with the removal of the old Statusbar. That functionality is built into the Site Identity Button in 4.0.
