every time i open a tab i get the message firefox cannot find the server, once i refresh i get the page, why is it not getting right the first time?

everytime i opene a new tab, or type a new adress it does not connect it say that it cannot find the server or connection failed i refresh and usually the second time opens with no problem, but it has taken up to 3 tries

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?

Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
