I've just receive an automatic notification of a Firefox update to my current version (3.6.13).

A pop-up appeared : 

(Better Privacy is about to remove 664 LSO cookies.

NOTE: LSO's might contain data that you consider as important.

This is new and I need to know how and if I should proceed.
