I want to remove the yahoo toolbar that was added when I updated Adobe Flash. Neither Yahoo or Firefox provides info that works.

Have you tried un-installing that Yahoo Toolbar extension from Firefox?

Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
Locate that extension in the list, and click on it. You should see an Uninstall button, use it, and then restart Firefox.
