Is it possible to allow a single popup event on a website without giving blanket popup permission for the site?
Using comcast.net for email, I cannot open an attachment due to popup blocking. I'd like to be able to open selective attachments, without giving permission to open all popups on the site, as there are many.

Do you see an icon in the right corner of the Status bar if a pop-up is blocked?
You should be able to only allow that specific pop-up if you click that icon.
