Show windows and tabs from the last time, how do I get Firefox to...........
In my 'options', I have selected 'show windows and tabs from the last time'. On some user accounts, or in some instances it will, in fact, open all windows from a prior session. At other times, or in some cases, it opens only the last window that I closed. How do I get all windows to open from the last time I was online?

Only the last window gets restored if you close windows one by one with the close X on the title bar.
You need to use File > Exit Firefox to close all open windows at once if you want to reopen several windows.
