The files for downloading mozilla/firefox all seem to come from third parties. Is this normal?

I've attempted the download several times, but have canceled the download as these seemed like questionable sources. Here are some examples-

ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de


www.mirrorservice.org


tutankhamon.acc.umu.se

Is this normal?

See if those are on the list of Mozilla mirrors.
