the private browsing disclaiimer reads that an employer can view visited pages....I am an employer with a few machines under my direction. How would I access what pages have been visited?

Firefox will not have stored details of the sites that have been visited whilst in private browsing mode. The disclaimer is referring to the use of any form of internet monitoring software which can be used to track internet usage. There are many commercial applications that can be used to track internet usage.
