Is it possible to Recover Bookmarks if they were deleted from bakcup?

I backed up my bookamrks some time ago but when i wanted to restore them i clicked backup again, instead of restore, so i overwrote all my bookmarks!!!

Is is possible to recover them? I reinstalled windows, i have a new mozilla now, i can't do anything with "Restore previous version from Windows". Please help. I had a backup made for my drive C and i restored it and i don;t know where to look for the bookmarks...PLEASE HELP
