Many of my bookmarks give me BBC web pages instead of what's indicated.

Almost half of my bookmarks (eg. "hotmail", "Amazon" ) open a BBC news web page instead. I imported them from Internet Explorer, but they work in that browser.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
