my antivirus deleted some files that prevent me from uninstalling mozilla from my laptop. what should i do??

i ran a system check with my avast antivirus and i believe it deleted some files from the mozilla folder. now i cant uninstall mozilla from my laptop, a pop up window with NSIS ERROR message comes up also i can't open the normal browser or in save mode. i tried downloading mozilla again but this didn't help.
