When I launch Firefox it takes up to 20 seconds, where IE pops right up ??
Firefox is very slow to launch. I tried uninstall and reinstall, but it made no difference.

Does that only happen the first time that you start Firefox or every time?
Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins"
