They are not that often unless you don't use your computer that often.
The main updates are fortnightly with little changes in between. https://www.firefox.com/en-US/releases/
Hopefully you do know you don't have to have them, it is a choice.
Also 'YOU GUYS' ?? you are shouting at other users here we are not developers etc.
There is way to contact them but I suggest you be more polite if you do :)

It's possible your installation is actually failing to update; and from the session loss note also potentially unable to write the necessary folders etc. — for such cases I simply recommend getting Firefox installed and managed by Microsoft Store, which will handle the updates in downtime for you.
