You mean you don't remember or you lost a bit of paper.
If memory try and think of something unrelated consciously so the sub conscious may feel ignored and speak up, if paper . . .
The problem is that unless you remove the drive and have it hacked you are in a pickle as resetting will wipe the passwords
Future options a a) to export them to a csv file and b) copy the Profiles folder to a USB etc.
