how Can i get help when my email doesn't work?
My Thunderbird email account developed a problem, emails would download but contained no content. The same emails on on my provider's web site (Spectrum.com) did contain content. I want to fix this problem.

Puzzzling. Another Spectrum user posted the same thing. In fact, almost every post I've responded to in past two days has been from Spectrum users. I wonder if the system is just downloading headers and not content, as that would account for what you're seeing. My first suggestion is to contact Spectrum, as they may have had others with the same issue.
