Am trying to access a TV site and the site appears as a page but does not provide any functionality for days now. Have contacted the site and followed their advice without any results. Could this possibly be a Mozilla issue?

Can you show the issue and what it looks like in other browsers? Do we have to login to replicate the issue? Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf
