Can't you update Firefox? What OS do you have?

If you are getting this message then that likely means the version of Firefox you have whether on desktop or on Android or iOS/iPadOS is likely older than Firefox 115. The Firefox web browser is not doing the blocking.

Or if you are using the eol Windows 7, 8, 8.1 then go to https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/ pick the 64-bit or 32-bit then language then select [Download ESR 115] as Firefox 116 and later will not run on Windows 7, 8, 8.1.
