My account names to all of my email masks have disappeared. Why did this happen? How do i get them back? Now I have not idea which email masks are for which accounts.

So am I correct in assuming this is an email masking service which you access through a Firefox addon? If so, the addon is developed and maintained by company you use to perform the email masking. You might need to reach out to them.
