Remove authentication required pop-up

When I open Firefox it has an "authentication required" window pop up, with my old school email. I no longer have access to this account, and need to remove this authentication setting. Thank you for any help.

Is it from proxy? Try to go to Settings -> Network -> Proxy -> and switch to No proxy.
