Browser resize is stop been dynamic after some time

You can try Firefox from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution to see if it behaves differently.

Your window controls do not look like stock Ubuntu GNOME, what is your desktop environment?

Try using a Wayland session and running with the environment variable MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1.
