I cannot open online banking by 1st of october2023

from 1 Oct,2023 my browser stooped opening online banking  : i use windows server 2008 .

I called the bank and told me try other browser and i did that and found it works good but from Diffrent Pc using win10

can you told me how to sort out this issue
