I tried to change the email address, but it wants me to add another one, then make that the primary. The problem is the original one DOES NOT WORK. I cannot get email to that address. How can I change my account's email address to the new one without having to access the old one that doesn't accept new emails? Emailing me when someone answers the thread won't help because, once again, that email doesn't work. I'll check this from time to time.

Unfortunately, if you can't access the primary email address then your only option is to create a new Firefox Account with an email address you can confirm.
