Printing pdf from web based program and the first 2 characters on left and last 2 characters on right are cut off

Attempting to print pdf from web based program and the first 2 characters on left and last 2 characters on right are cut off.

Also when printing pdf from web based program it is cutting off the very top of the page and the very bottom line of print.

Solution?

Hi,

the characters cut off are shown in the print preview? You can choose "More" in the printer dialogue to change scaling... Otherwise you can click "use systems dialogue for printing" (not sure if that's the correct name for this button as i'm on a german ff), there you can customize all printing options in the usual print dialogue of your system. Is the page printed correctly when downloaded an opened by a pdf viewer?
