Forms not filling in on most sites with my address info, WIndows 10, Firefox 86 64 bit

There are addresses set up in options and Forms and Autofill. There is a checkmark next to Forms and Autofill.

Just not filling in forms, not sure why.

Thoughts?

Only add-in is Ublock Origin
