how to put Adblock on my toolbar?

I have Adblock Plus but it is not located on my toolbar. At times, I need to whitelist a site if I want to access/read something ...usually a newspaper site. 

It will say to put the URL on my adblock  icon on the toolbar, but I don't have that.

I'd like to know how to add ANY website to the toolbar. I don't know what the steps are to accomplish this.

Hello Tracey,

Would you please go to the 3-bar menu => Customize and see if the icon is there - if it is : just drag it to the toolbar.

It is possible that the ABP button has moved to the overflow (>>) area, so check that as well.
