it used to be possible to change Firefox icon for taskbar while Firefox is open and it worked by adding ico file in this directory: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\browser\chrome\icons\default\main-window.ico its not working anymore, is there other way or is that the end of customization? They removed it in version 67 (bug 1531836), but after consideration, they've bring it back in 69, behind a preference toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.windowIcon (bug 1553745).
