Question marks are appearing in my sent emails now.

Sent emails now have multiple question marks whenever I space more than one time. Just appeared lately. Have tried to go back one version. They stopped for a while and then came back. They are there whether using Unicode or Western for sent and received emails. Please help. They are running me crazy.
