Can't find my google bookmarks to transfer them to Firefox

I switched from Chrome to Firefox and can't transfer my old bookmarks. I went through the process that explained how to do it(from Firefox) but when I get to 'import/export' ....google or chrome is not listed

Don't you see Import Data from Another Browser ... in the Import and Backup menu in the Library window?

As long Chrome is installed on that Win10 PC both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome should appear in the Import Data from Another Browser dialog box inside Firefox.

As long Chrome is installed on that Win10 PC both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome should appear in the Import Data from Another Browser dialog box inside Firefox.

I had to reinstall chrome to solve the problem

Followed instructions to import bookmarks from Chrome, but don't see them or the folder "From Google Chrome" in the Firefox Bookmarks Toolbar. Where is it?

(This stuff is far too damn complex. Hate all tech crap.)

They won't automatically appear in the Bookmarks Toolbar, but you can rearrange your bookmarks and move those Chrome bookmarks to the Bookmarks Toolbar.

The "Show All Bookmarks" box is completely empty, and I cannot save a new bookmark. Firefox ...
