there are no bookmarks after running firefox. there are automatic backups, but they open with an error and do not restore bookmarks.

there are no bookmarks after running firefox. there are automatic backups, but they open with an error and do not restore bookmarks. in which file the bookmarks backups are stored, we want to try to restore the earlier version from the shadow copy.

Hi, you have not provided enough information for any help to be offered. If it is Sync please check the settings are done properly. As for shadow copy ???? Sync ??? Mozilla Firefox Support has no access to and can not make any Sync Changes. If this is not Sync related expand on your issue please.
