I cannot stream my music from this website http://streamdb6web.securenetsystems.net/v5/WHQA
The latest update has caused problems with streaming radio stations. It works in Internet Explorer. I have added the link to safe zones but it didn't help. Can you please tell me how to resolve this problem? When I click this link it takes me to Facebook then I click the 2nd link to listen to The Life FM Music. I went directly to the Life FM website and still cannot get it to work. https://www.facebook.com/TheLifeFM/app/208195102528120/ http://streamdb6web.securenetsystems.net/v5/WHQA

Hello,
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Click the menu button
, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the "Clear Now" button.
Further information can be found in the Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox article.

Thank you.
Thank you but this didn't help. I have mine set to clear all of these every time I close Firefox. I think it is a new setting from Firefox that blocks certain streaming. I need a work around.
Hey there, just tried the page on my end and it works, try a refresh!
The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.
Note: When you use this feature, you will lose any extensions, toolbar customizations, and some preferences. See the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article for more information.
To Refresh Firefox:
- Open the Troubleshooting Information page using one of these methods:
- Click the menu button
, click help
and select Troubleshooting Information. A new tab containing your troubleshooting information should open.
- If you're unable to access the Help menu, type about:support in your address bar to bring up the Troubleshooting Information page.
- Click the menu button
- At the top right corner of the page, you should see a button that says "Refresh Firefox" ("Reset Firefox" in older Firefox versions). Click on it.
- Firefox will close. After the refresh process is completed, Firefox will show a window with the information that is imported.
- Click Finish and Firefox will reopen.

Thank you.
That didn't help either. I'm not sure what is going on if it worked for you. Could it be that I Have 57.0 64 bit?
Go to about:config in your URL bar and try setting the pref: security.sandbox.content.level to 2 or 1.

I tried 2 and checked but it didn't work so I tried 1 and it still didn't work so I changed it back to 3. What do you thing about the 64 bit option causing the problem?
64-bit should not be causing the problem, works for me on Firefox 57 64-bit (Linux).
