Need info to help interpret my own firefox health report data

I have tried refresh firefox but I am still getting hanging, etc. and slowness. I was able to access my firefox health report but I have no idea what the results mean, so I cannot figure out what steps to take to improve performance. Is there a list somewhere of line by line explanations? What may be obvious to most users is a mystery to me.
