Can i retrieve my saved password under remember password option. I did not deleted but it got auto deleted after some browser problem
Hello Everyone.
I am a non IT guy. I do not have much idea on computer hardware and software. This evening When I opened my mozilla browser which has always been my default and favorite browser, I saw that all my previous login id and password are empty . Just couple of hours before this happened, there was some browser issue and it got restarted automatically.
I am very upset as I lost my saved password and Unable to retrieve many of many login due to the said reason.
Can any genius help me to come out of this situation please.

Was anything else missing? Changed?
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
