My privacy settings are set to clear everything upon exit (see screenshot), yet auto-complete suggestions based on history remain. Is this a bug?

This problem appears to have been solved as I just upgraded from 43.0 to 43.0.1 and finally to 46.0.1. Please check your version if you have the same problem and see if upgrading will solve it.
