Firefox window changes position after exiting full screen (using Windows Snap)

When I exit full screen in Firefox (eg. youtube or other media players), the window goes back to the last size and position before using the Windows Snap effect. Snap is when you drag a window to the edge of the screen to quickly resize it, I was using it to give each window half of the screen space.

I'm using Windows 8.1. (64 bit), Firefox 31.0.1.

This may help you,

You may have a corrupt xulstore.json file. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/changes-toolbars-and-window-sizes-are-not-saved

I removed the file but it made no difference. It will remember any manual change at any time but not the position the drag-and-snap places it in.

I've called the big guys to help you. Good luck.
