Can't get inbound mail using TBird v31.5, but can send outbound mail Help
This has been happening since 3/5 or 3/6. I've checked with my email provider and all of my settings are correct. Did you upgrade TBird on 3/5 or 3/6?

All settings are correct. Was able to get emails just fine, then stopped for no apparent reason. Pswd did not change.
Still having the problem.

Yes I will, but do not know how to do that.
Open the Troubleshooting Information from the Help menu. Copy the information and paste it into your reply.
I tried to copy and paste the troubleshooting info to this post, but it is too long & exceeds the number of characters.
Just copy the 'Mail and News Accounts' section.
Do you have any suggestions as to how I might overcome the size limit?
Click on Help. Select Troubleshooting Information Press the button labeled Copy All to Clipboard Come back here and right click in a reply window and select Paste.
