How to set option when plugin shoud be activated to always autoactivate in outdated and blocked version of Flash? This option is disabled!

Is there any way or have I to use another internet browser?

I don't want to update flash, I need this version, not newer.

Please update to the latest version of Flash, https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=FP_16_for_Firefox_-_NPAPI&standalone=1 the version you are using is no longer secure.
