Cannot ADD Attachments per your support page. Why?

Followed instructions on your 'How to Add Attachments to a Message' page. Have 'browsed' to location of the 'file'-actually a folder 'I wish to attach'; selected the desired file/folder and clicked 'OPEN' and '"repeated until all files are added". 'Files are shown (4) in upper righthand corner. From there I have NO success in transferring, dragging or moving them To the message area. HOW Do I move the files, as attachments to my message?

If you are Attaching files they will stay in the attachment pane.

If you are trying to Insert an image into the message body then use Insert instead of Attach.

You cannot drag a file from the attachment pane into the body of the message.
