When I try to open up an email in Outlook.com (formally Hotmail.com) the font gets smaller

When I try to open up an email in Outlook.com (formally Hotmail.com) the font gets smaller. The font size on the page displays my specific setting but when opening the email, the font is much smaller than indicated.

The problem only occurs when using Mozilla Firefox 32.0 and not Internet Explorer 11.

Zooming in the page makes the text larger temporarily and resetting the page does not work and the Firefox No Squint add-on settings are correct. However, when I log-out and sign back into my account, the text is normal and set to my specific settings. The text only gets smaller when I to open the email. Sometimes, when opening the emails, the text is normal, but after a few seconds, the text becomes smaller. The problem has been occurring for about 3 weeks

I have read previous answers other members have posted but they do not apply to me. Please Help!

So in the past it has been recommended to try to reset zoom on the page when you experience the font change. I do know in outlook there is an option to zoom and set the default however in outlook.com I do not know if there are any saved features that include font size. If this also happens in other browsers, I will assume that it does. If not, happy to investigate further.
