Does https://www.godaddy.com/ work?
What response are you getting when you are trying to reach it? Also if you are getting "Server not found" or somthing similar can you open a command prompt (or terminal) and run this command
ping godaddy.com
If the result is timed out then you have a connection problem. If not, will await for your reply on what you can see when you try to access it.
