Just upgraded to latest version of Firefox, now all my tabs and browsing history are gone.

I just had a tech work on my computer, and he seems to have screwed up firefox. My history and bookmarks seem to be mostly gone. (The last ones I can see were created over a year ago!) I want it all back like it was! Can somebody please help me?

Was the old Firefox profile folder removed or was Firefox reset to the default?

If Firefox has been reset then there should be an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop.
