Come mai un mucchio di applicativi non funzionano con Mozilla Firefox e dai supporti ti dicono di usare Chrome o altro ? non vi state facendo prendere un mucchio di mercato ? io sono affezzionato ma sto perdendo la pazienza. Adesso la risposta è : manca il collegamento, controllate la connessione, provate con un altro...

Impossibile contattare il server

Firefox non riesce a connettersi al server www.vendingpress.it. Che cosa posso fare per risolvere? Prova a connetterti da un altro dispositivo, controlla il modem o il router, disattiva e riattiva la connessione Wi-Fi.

Buongiorno.Ho windows10,quando apro un articolo su ebay non si aprono le finestre laterali per cambiare la vista dell'oggetto in vendita.In piu non funziona neanche la lente per ingrandire l'immagine.Grazie.

Ho cercato di riorganizzare i preferiti (segnalibri) in Firefox usando il taglia e incolla, sembra funzionare, non mi segnala anomalie, ma in realtà le modifiche non vengono memorizzate.

I preferiti tagliati e incollati sembrano esistere sia nella cartella di partenza che in quella di destinazione.

Appena esco e rientro, la situazione ritorna come era prima delle mie modifiche.

ho provato anche a utilizzare elimina sulla cartella di partenza, ma così li perdo sia in partenza che in destinazione!! Non è possibile un rollback?

firefox è lentissimo alcuni siti non si caricano completamente tipo facebook altri non si aprono o non consentono l'accesso tipo Wallapop. Con Google funzionano perfettamente.

uso abituamente da molto tempo Firefox browser predefinito su Window 10 e con Whatsapp web desktop; da poco non consente più di scaricare Whatsapp images in pc. Tutto funziona invece con un altro browser. Ho cancellato la cache senza risultato e ho scaricato la versione più recente di Firefox per Windows, ma nulla è cambiato

Tornato da un viaggio dove ho portato con me, e usato correttamente, il mio pc portatile. Al rientro istallo la attualizzazione che Firefox mi propone; da allora molti dei video che clicco in FB si fermano dopo circa 30 secondi per riavviare dopo una pausa + o - dello stesso tempo.

da ieri non riesco più ad usare copilot con firefox, mi tocca usare altri browser tipo norton e chrome mi pare che ci sia stato un aggiornamento e dopo ha smesso di funzionare ho problemi anche con gemini ai, mentre al momento chatgpt parrebbe funzionare cosa devo fare per ripristinare la funzionalità? copilot è l'ai che uso al 99%, per cui è un grosso problema grazie per l'aiuto

fino ad oggi ho usato quotidianamente copilot, sia caricando documenti ed immagini, sia copiando immagini, sia mettendo testo da stamattina improvvisamente non funziona più, ma solo se uso firefox, se invece uso un altro browser non ci sono problemi ho provato a cancellare la cache e a riavviare firefox, ma non è cambiato nulla cosa è successo?

Pur avendo selezionato nelle impostazioni il punto con aggiornamento automatico , Firefox non si aggiorna. Mi viene inviato un messaggio con il quale mi dice di scaricare manualmente l'eventuale aggiornamento , ma non sempre riesce .

Hi, this is a very funny problem that I have since months (I already asked fo rsupport but with no answer): When I launch FF most of the time (95% ?) the window does not open at all or it opens with just a white window and the app does not respond even in an hour. To make it open or respond I must run another application; it was until few weeks ago an ediror (UltraEdit), then, when i disinstalled it I tested tens of other apps and finally I found that Chrome does the job. I installed Chrome as a possible aletrnative in case FF was stiill unavailable and I kept it just to do this. To summarize: I launch FF (it freezes) then I launch Chrome and immediately FF starts; I close Chrome and that's all. I'm using FF since the begining (after Netscape) and I want to use only it; until almost one year ago everything was ok. My suspect is that there are some IP ports that FF is not able to open by itself and it has to find them opened by someone else ; possibly this something stupid, but forgive me, I'm not an expert in this field. These are my info: Desktop PC: AMD Ryzen 7 Pro CPU 3.60GHz with Radeon Graphics, 16 GB RAM OS: Windows 10 64 bit FF: Version 150.03

Today I was trying to access a local HTTPS website of an embedded device (a Siemens S7-1500 PLC for the record) that is using a self-signed certificate. I immediately get the SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL error and I wasn't able to go on (attached image #1, in Italian language). I've certainly browsed a similar PLC webserver in the past, so the fact that the device exposes a similar certificate serial number is not so strange for me, considering also it's self-signed.

The problem is that I cannot follow the instructions of the Mozilla knowledgebase here because I'm not able to identify the correct certificate of the website!

In the attached image #2 you can see that the connection is detected as not encrypted, I suppose because only the form part of the HTML that is posting the data using HTTPS while the rest is using HTTP, but I'm not sure. If I click on the padlock icon (attached image #3) the info about the current certificate is not displayed.

Then I went into Tools > Options and searched for "certificates"; as you can see in the attached images #4 and #5, neither in the Servers tab nor in the Authorities tab I can find any item that is related to 192.168.10.2 (the webserver IP address) or Siemens (the embedded device manufacturer). But unfortunately the error persist! Initially there was a 192.168.10.2:443 line in the Servers tab and I removed it and restarted Firefox, but it didn't solve, so at the moment the situation is the one depicted by the attachments.

I had to use Microsoft Edge to access the website, but I would like to solve this issue and use Firefox instead. Is there anything else I can do to bypass the error? Why doesn't the error page provide a way to correctly identify the wrong certificate using its fingerprint and/or name? Or, maybe, is there a way to disable this check for local IP addresses or for items in a whitelist?
